From the first I heard about the Altitude Design Summit a few years back, I’ve been dying to go – I was seriously planning on buying a ticket to go in January but they sold out in a matter of hours.
Sad for me, but amazing for the Alt Summit team. I pitched to speak on a panel at the conference, so I have one more chance to get a ticket in – we’ll see if my panel makes the cut!
One way I’ve been learning from Alt without attending the live events is their blog – I’ve been obsessed lately and have been sharing posts with our Create + Connect Project community like crazy. For blogging inspiration and business advice definitely check out the new Alt blog.
Whether you want to learn how to grow your readership, amp up your photos or set up a shop – they’ve got some seriously great advice from some of the biggest bloggers on the web today.
One of my favorite posts they’ve done recently was one on Setting and Styling a DIY Project. I loved this one because I’ve been trying to incorporate more DIY projects for you lovelies here on the blog, and Victoria Hudgins shared some really great tips to consider when doing DIY shoots. Loved it.
So if you need a little inspiration or some tips for your own blog, head on over to the Alt Design Summit blog and check out some of their posts – you won’t be disappointed, I promise!
And if you want to go a little deeper – make sure you check out their online courses on the Alt Channel – they’re just $15 and are amazing – I’ve done at least 10 and have learned so much from them! Check out the course schedule here.
