Today’s theme is inspired by French pinks and grays with a vintage feel.
I’ve never been to Paris, but I’d love to travel to Europe someday just to experience the lovliness and snap photos along the way.
For this theme, black and white accents with swoops, swirls and lace are perfection. A pale pink dress paired with Chanel wedding shoes is to die for.
Customized pink lemonade bottles as favors would be super adorable.
Oh, and I have a big announcement coming on the blog later today! Make sure to check back for the details.

As I was putting this theme together I realized that this is a very Valentine’s Day focused theme… oops! I’m about a month early but oh well.
A Love Letter themed wedding would be absolutely gorgeous – with hand written invitations, lots of lace and pops of coral and red you can’t go wrong.
So intimate and romantic. And those Valentino shoes are stunning!
My favorite part about this theme is the color palate.
Sometimes red can be a hard/harsh color, but not in this sense.
Paired with coral, creams and browns it is really toned down and becomes a stunning accent. Yes?
What do you like best about this theme? Write it in the comments below.

Just an FYI – I’m partnering with my friend Tracy Matthews who creates custom wedding jewelry in NYC, and she’d offering the first 5 people to contact her a 10% discount, which is amazing.
Seriously though – Charlize Theron and some of the American Idols have been seen wearing her stuff.. she’s good.

Happy first Thursday of the New Year lovlies!
I’ve been picturing a theme in my head for a while now of a black and white affair with hints of deep purples, teals and brass. Instead of a DJ, a blues band would play jazzy songs from the 60’s and the bride would wear layers of ruffles.
Today, that picture in my mind is coming to life. Add in hand lettered envelopes and place cards, passed champagne and a shimmery garland and you’ve got one classy party.
I SO wish I would have done this color palate for my reception! We had a Blues Brother’s tribute band play for the night, and this theme would have gone perfectly with our venue.
That BHLDN dress is my fave. And the calligraphy [which is on my list of things to do/learn this year!]
Oh, before I forget. Did you see I announced a giveaway yesterday? I’m giving 2 lucky winners a super cute calendar to put next to your keyboard on your desk. Make sure you enter before Tuesday!

Happy Thanksgiving Lovlies!
Because I know you’ll all are super busy with family and planning out your strategic black friday shopping plans, I’ll keep it short and sweet today.
Today’s theme: Kentucky Derby!
I originally envisioned a Southern plantation theme, but it evolved into a mint-julepy, horse inspired theme with pops of fuschia. I’m loving how it turned out:
Lovely, isn’t it? I love the sterling silver touches in the julep cups.
I told you this would be short and sweet…now get back to a day full of turkey and football! And have a piece of pumpkin pie for me.

Today’s inspiration board makes me want to go back and design my wedding all over again.
The purple and gold together create such a regal, elegant look.
I mean, lovely, right? Just the right amount of vintage.
