I don’t know if it’s because the 4th of July is tomorrow, but I’ve been obsessed with sparklers at weddings lately!
I think its a really fun alternative to bubble or birdseed – and they’re a great little wedding favor too when you dress them up a bit!
Here’s a fun DIY with a template so you can make your own for your reception or party.
Okay, here’s what you do.
1. Print the template (download it here) on a heavy cardstock, preferably 80lb cardtock or heavier. Trim off the white edges of the template, and then slice along the white line dividing the template into 4 different sections.
2. Using your slicing tool and ruler, cut a slit along the lines above and below the ‘Sparks Fly’ design.
3. Slide your sparklers into the slit + wa lah! You’ve got some super cute sparklers!
I hope you have a Happy 4th of July!
