Most brides I’ve worked with have opted out of having true seating arrangements at their weddings – whether they were cocktail parties or grab-a-seat-where-you-can type receptions, they didn’t want to fuss with table numbers and putting people in specific places.
While a seating chart can be hard work, there are some absolutely stunning ways to get it done. Here are a few that I’m loving right now.
Driftwood, macaroons, pinwheels and shutters – these are all such dreamy ideas, aren’t they?

Oh I am a huge admirer of macaroons and all the related ideas. I think this is probably the best way to insure innovation for your special day :)
Thanks for sharing those lovely cards, I like it this way; subtle, sober and simple.
Love the watercolor idea in #6... gorgeous Anthropologie style colors and feel!
No 8 'Paper Stories'.
People like to open things up to find a surprise inside and this idea is a great one for that reason.
